Why my Windows defender cannot check or download the update for Threats definition, it has "error code ; - 2147023838" and it the description of this error is " The Service cannot be started,becase it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it" even though i doesnt have or activate any antivirus besides wondows defender

    The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script. See:

    Make sure you run the script as an administrator.

    You can download the updates from Microsoft site and update manually.

    Download the files (.exe) from below link and double click on them install.
