i have hacking problems ,

i have hacking problems , my lap takes control over everything, above microsoft, above windows, any malaware, or antivirus, capable to break 30 digits random high security password, my email is <Removed> this softare resist rebooting, format, any professionqal program, takes control over everything with accounts, many above administrator with reference numbers always above 1000 and up to 10000, it makes ethernet conection to worrk as an invisible wireles connection, takes over the mouse , closes programs, follows , tracks, and i have idea from where all of this come from, please contact, <Removed>, cell mexico, <Removed>, and at work <Removed>, i have the software trapped in my lap y 2 hard disks, require assistance please
