Hi. I have Windows 10 and update was just installed last night. Then today, I already had two blue screen incidents. Both seems to be the same, saying "Driver IRQL not less or equal" and "what failed iaStorB.sys"

I want to know how to fix this problem.

    Hello,

I am Sumit, an Independent advisor and a Microsoft MVP here to help.

We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

Please share them with us for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:

Please let us know if you need any assistance about posting dump files.

That error relates to the Intel Rapid Storage driver.

Power on and off your computer three times

On the third time, your computer will boot into the Advanced Recovery environment

    Click Advanced Options

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced Options

    Click Startup Settings

    Click Restart

Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode

Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: appwiz.cpl

    Hit Enter

    Scroll through the list

Select the Intel Rapid Storage driver then click uninstall.

    Restart your computer.
