    Try this and see if it helps.

    Method 1:

    This might happen if any of the system files have got corrupted. You may use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue, and then replace the file. To do this, follow the link given below.

    Method 2:

    If that does not help you may try creating a new user account and check what happens. If not then it could be a corruption problem of the old user profile. To create a new user account, click on the link below and check:

    Hi Marilyn

    On your Start Menu, find the Solitaire game

    Right click that and choose More - App Settings

    Then click 'Reset'

    (Please Note, there is the possibility of loosing previous game data)

    When that completes, see if you can get into that app
