Slow Boot Time - Issues in Boot Log

Laptop - HP x360 13"

So I have been having problems with my laptop boot time - it's over 5/10 minutes depending on the day.

I have followed various articles about how to speed this up (clearing viruses, shutting down unnecessary programmes etc.) and I have come across the operational log for boot up under the "Event Viewer"

Down below I have copied the text file of the "Boot Log" (if that's the correct term) and there appear to be issues with all the elements to it.

Since your computer is experiencing a slow boot up, you can try the tips found on this linkon how to improve PC performance in Windows 10. Just skip the steps that you have already tried. If the other methods don't work, try running the System File Checker tool and DISM to fix system file corruption that may be causing the issue. Kindly follow the steps on this link.
