KB4577586 for Server 2012 R2 and SCCM / WSUS

Microsoft has added KB4577586 into their February catalog to remove flash from Server 2019 and Windows 10. However, I still need to remove it from Server 2012 R2. This patch is not showing up on WSUS but it is in the update catalog. It will not let me click the import button, it is greyed out with the message: This update cannot be imported into Windows Server Update Services, because it is not compatible with your version of WSUS.
Further info: My SCCM / WSUS server is 2012 R2, 6.3.9600.18838. I have tried the reg change I found online for secure SSL stuff, it did not fix it. The whole thing is driving me nuts and I don't understand why Microsoft is making the 2012 R2 version of this patch impossible to get. Any thoughts?

    OK, I found the problem. I had to change the default browser from Edge back to IE. Just copying the URL provided into an IE web browser was NOT valid! Problem solved.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    The update showing in my WSUS is available for Server 2019 and Windows 10 like you said, Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016 version is also not showing for me.
    This update is not available in Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) at the beginning, and available in early 2021, the updated date is 2/16/2012. I think we may wait for some days, the leftover may available for WSUS in few days.
