Is there any way to scan a pdf document and convert it into any of the following file types: jpg, png, gif, tiff? The Brother MFC-J-680DW scans everything into the PDF type of file. That is, after scanning a document or picture, is there an application capable of converting the scanned file and saving it as a jpg, png, gif, or a tiff type file?

    If you do the following:

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: control printers

    Hit Enter

    Right click your r Printer/Scanner

The file type list box lets you choose a different file type to scan to.
