Bluetooth connection not working

Anonymous

I bought a new bluetooth headset (JBL) and tried to connect it to my computer (Lenovo Yoga 710) but my computer does not find any Bluetooth devices. Even my phone which was earlier successfully connected by Bluetooth cannot be found. I have updated the whole Computer - including Bluetooth driver, BIOS etc., but nothing seems to help. Trying to fix the Bluetooth problem just results as: fixed - Still no devices found… The only problematic thing that can be found is the following:

"Device USB\VID_0CF3&PID_E300\5&362d232&0&7 requires further installation." Is this the problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks for your reply but I have already tried all the tips I can find from the Internet. Any idea if the following might be the problem - it is related to Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth 4.1 (driver): "Device USB\VID_0CF3&PID_E300\5&362d232&0&7 requires further installation." Is this the problem and how can I fix it?

    Best,

What is the exact make and model? Lenovo makes several types of Yoga 710's.

    Open Start, type: system information

    Hit Enter

    Click System summary

    Look in the right pane

Copy the system sku info into reply here.
