laptop issue

At first my laptop used to  restart unexpectedly on its own and a blue screen used to appear with a message saying "kernel security check failure" but this used to happen rarely. 2-3 days back all the installed software stopped working (excluding inbuilt) and i am getting a message saying "c:\windows\system32\kernel.appcore.dll was not found". This has blocked all software and i am not even able to install or uninstall anything.

    Hello,

Do a System File check and run DISM tool and post back the results in the next reply:

Might be related to 360 Total Security:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for 360netmon.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for 360netmon.sys

    360netmon+0x5b24

Might be due to the fact that Nvidia and Network driver were also indirectly referenced.

I would uninstall 360TS and then use WD in its place, at least to check if it is the real cause.

Hi Nitesh, in order to analyse the underlying problem, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
