Uninstalled program incorrectly Win 10

I have uninstalled a program in win 10 using control panel. I have then removed the program from the list. Now, as it didn't remove all the components, I want to undo this to do it properly using settings>apps & features, but I don't know how to correct my  mistake!

You will have to reinstall the application from its original setup files or disc.

    I was afraid that would be the only way! Thanks for the reply.. I suppose I should have just done it properly in the first place. Ha!
