Kaizala data security and retention policy for public and private groups

Hi,
I am trying to find information on what the data security and retention policy would be for private and public groups set up in Kaizala. The information I can find only seems to explains the policy around Organisation groups but doesnt clearly explain what the policy is if the groups are public or private.
