which port/protocol ServerManager using?

I want to use ServerManagerto manage my servers (Windows Server 2012 R2), but when I start the app, it got this error" 

My server's firewall is disabled. 

My client PC (windows 10) and server (Windows server 2012 R2) are connected through company's LAN (so policy may applied), 

So, What is port/protocol that ServerManager using to connect from client to server??
