BSOD's

I'm seeing BSOD's very frequently on a several laptops, all different brands. Some Dell, some Microsoft, some Lenovo's... I installed driver verifier to try to figure out why this was happening. I haven't been able to get much from the dump. I have a suspicion the culprit is Trend Micro OfficeScan, but I've already tried uninstalling the client and it still didn't fix the BSOD's. I'll include links below to download the Dumps if you'd like to have a look.

Dump 2:

Thanks for the help!

    There were three different BSODs.

There was a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) stop error that referenced the NETIO.SYS and the Drive Verifier may point to the Netwtw04.sys however the driver that may have actually caused the crash was the tmeevw.sys a Trend Micro driver.

The other two errors, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e) referenced file system drivers such as the ntfs.sys and fileinfo.sys.

There were Trend Micro drivers "unloaded" during all the crashes and that may indicate an issue with Trend Micro.

You might contact Trend Micro to see if there is a known issue.

Sure, here are some other dumps I have from earlier this month. Driver Verifier was not enabled on these machines.

The Driver Verifier may be skewing the results.

Can you provide some dump files from different computers that were not generated by the Driver Verifier?

    Related to Intel WiFi driver.

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Netwtw06.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Netwtw06.sys

The driver in both dumps is from 2018.

First, please check with the manufacturer or Intel support that there isn't a known issue with the driver.

    You should also,

    Remove the driver completely:

You can find the newest driver links on the manufacturer's website or here:
