I have an aardvark direct pro q10 audio interface the company went out of biz the newest drivers are for xp u tried compatible mode but says error 16 and stops the installation. is there anything I can do to get it to work. it works In so great but I have win 10 pro and really want to use it in 10

Which version of Windows 10 are you trying to use the device with?
Even when initially released, Windows 10 made changes to its handling of audio devices, which caused many problems for insider program testers and early adopters. Drivers from many manufacturers needed updates to work with Windows 10. I would not be surprised if this device simply won't work with these old drivers on Windows 10.
Please be aware that this is the Insiders Program forum, for users beta testing the next Windows feature release. Problem occurring on released versions of Windows (versions 1803 and earlier) should be posted to the regular Windows 10 forums.
