Azure Automation - updates classifeid as other is not being applyed

Hello,
On my environment I detected that some updates in Azure Automation is not being applyed in VMs, this updates is classified as Others.
in the image below we can see that exists 4 updates, but this updates is not is not being applyed for one reason that I don't know.
Someone can explain me please why this updates is not is not being applyed ? Thanks guys!!!
Realize that the scheduler already been executed another updates has been applyed, but this updates "Others" didn't

It is hard to say why the updates classified as 'Others' are not applied in your case. Azure technical support would be able to determine this with more information (like visibility to your complete environment, etc.) so to fast-track resolution of your issue, please send mail to AzCommunity@microsoft.com including your subscriptioin ID and a link to this thread (for context) and my team will work with you via our technical support channel. Please include "Attn:Krishna" in the subject line so we can engage asap.
Alternatively, you can raise a technical support request if you have a support plan.
