Can some one please help me find the best way to fix this problem.? I am looking for suggestions on the safest way to do this for my hp beats laptop, without loosing my programs and personal files.

It appears to be an HP message - not a Windows message and they suggest it is a thermal/heat related issue which may be fixable with a little system maintenance.
