Unable to write destination folder

Hello,

I am using Brother MFC-L2700DW printer with windows 10(64bit). printer is ok but when I am using scanner an error show like ---Unable to write the file to "Destination Folder" CC4-103-00000000.

    Thanks your answer. But I want to permit that folder. another drive is ok without C drive.

    You cannot save files in the root of C:. Best to create a suitable folder, e.g. C:\Scans.

    Tell the scan interface to use a different destination folder.
