DVD unsupported format error code

Hello,

Thanks for helping. Disk of concern is a medical disk containing CT scans etc. from year 2004. Attempting to play or read disk an unsupported format error is displayed.  Can you help, please advise

    I insert a video & music disc and nothing happens!

    You need to know what the file extension is to know what program opens them.
