Because acces to administrator is denied. Also i have only one account on this computer and this is administrator.

Also i have problems by launching games of error 0xc00007b. Tried a lot of things from rewriting visuals to dowloading visual studio. Nothing helped. Can't install visual studio. No idea what is bad with my computer. But anything is getting worse like dissapearing GPU or games which i have been playing earlier not can't be launched. Need help.

    Hi Simonas,

A corruption in one of the Windows Update components may be causing the update not to be installed properly. It can be a problem with the Software Distribution folder, where downloaded updates are saved on your device, or it can also be associated with the services connected with Windows Update. Since you're unable to access the Services or use the command prompt, we recommend that you use the guided walk-through to help you resolve issues related to Windows Update.

If you'll still encounter problems after following the steps using the guided walk-through, we suggest that you perform an in-place repair on your device. Performing this task will not damage files and applications that are currently installed on your computer. The process will only replace corrupted components on your operating system.

Keep us updated with the results.

Did it by myself. The problem was in the reigstry of BITS. Then needed to check if COM+ all services were woirking because BITS depends on them. And COM+ was set to disabled. After that i launched BITS and Windows update started. The interest is in the problem that caused turning off COM + services and deleted the registry file "DependsOnService" in the BITS registry folder.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by using the registry. Should you have any other concern, don't hesitate to post back.

    Regards.
