Requesting help with BSOD crashes rendering Adobe Premiere Pro video

Hello,

I've been having a problem rendering a 57 minute high resolution video (720p 32 Mbps) with Adobe Premiere Pro. The system crashes before completion and from what I've been able to determine from WinDbg and, years of experiencing these types of problems from time to time, it seems to be some sort of memory problem. My system has 8 GB RAM. I've already run a memory check, disk check, updated Windows & Premiere Pro (failed under both the 2017 and 2018 versions). I'm wondering if this may have something to do with my actual memory modules, capacity (I'm maxed out on this hardware), or some sort of memory leak. I have two dumps located here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1x-eTnipXCLMqOmVb3gYq8d-KzAhFoeiN

I'd greatly appreciate any assistance!

Derek

    Hello MortmanDC,

Thanks for providing additional information that can help on your concern. Based on the files that you’ve provided, you’re correct that the issue is connected to your memory. You received Bug Check 0x1A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT where the page table and page frame numbers (PFNs) are out of sync. This is probably a hardware error itself. However, to make sure of it, have you tried reseating or moving it to a different slot? If not, please do so and check if the issue persists.

I also recommend that you perform our walk-through guide to troubleshoot blue screen error on this link for us to isolate your issue.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks much for the update. I did shuffle and reseat the memory modules with the same results. I also started using System Configuration to reduce the number of extraneous services but haven't found the solution yet. I was wondering if it was a result of excessive paging activity due to this PCs 8 GB RAM limitation. I was able to get access to a Macbook with 16 GB RAM and get the render to complete. I suspect I will have to get a PC with beefier hardware specs and this problem may go away. In the meantime it appears I have a workaround with the Mac.

    Thanks!
