runtime error

Question

this error shows up when i am trying to install an application of .exe format. so far i have tried clean mode but noting happened. I was not able to install this application. Please help me to rectify the same error.

Let's do following -

1. Turn off your Windows Defender or any other AV for few minutes (enable after that) and then try to install.

2. Re-register Isdone.dll

Type cmd in Cortana Search > Right click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator > Copy and paste and Enter the following into Command Prompt

regsvr32 Isdone.dll

3. Try running SFC / DISM and check after this

Do you have any entry corresponding to this in Event Logs?

Type event in Cortana search > Click Event Viewer > See if any log corresponding to your date and time is there (Look under all entries under Windows Logs such as Application, Security...) > If yes, right click on that log > Save Selected Event > Zip all event files which correspond to your event, upload them to Onedrive and share the link here.

Does not give any useful info? Can you install exe again and immediately capture the log again?
