Does MSWord provide any library for cocoa osx, objetive c or swift, which can be used to get range (location & length) of text from MSWord document?

Hello,
I am developing a Mac OSx app, which need to read out text and highlight it from MSword. Does MSWord have any third party library or cocoa pods, which I can add in my mac OSx app? Using which I can get text from cursor( or caret) position in document, and its range.
