Hi,
I'm running a backup on Windows Server 2008R2 Standard SP1.
The backup was working well until this happen. For the last several days the messages pane was not updated even the backup job was successful.
I was trying to run the backup job manually and I can see the job was successful but still no status on the messages pane.
Checking the event log, I could not find the event id 14 which is the backup completed status.
This happen after more than 20 windows updates last weekend.

Does anyone has any advices? Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello @Sarayut R

After backup, did you reboot the server?

I did some research , but found only this: Windows Backup not showing Messages and Jobs.

If that didn't help, I would suggest you to create a ticket with Microsoft Support.

    Best Regards
    Karlie
