Migrating from Project Server 2010 to 2016

We currently have an instance of Project Server 2010 with around 1500 users and around 650 Project plans. We need to migrate it to Project Server 2016. Please could anyone help us in calculating cost for this migration.

    Project is not currently supported here on Microsoft Q&A. You can go to the Project Tech Community for help. The product group actively monitors questions there.
