I am getting this error while loading my files to speech studio ailed to upload data Error: "\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Server Error \r\n \r\n \r\n 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. \r\n There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. @analytics vba The error looks like a temporary issue. I have tried to upload data for custom speech and custom voice and it got processed successfully.

Thanks. We were able to work till yesterday. However have been unable to upload anything for entire day today. Dont know how to resolve it as it still gives the same error

We have tried India Central as well as US East and we are getting the same errors. There are 3 errors as mentioned above and one of these is thrown back . .

@analytics vba I have tried to upload the same data for a resource in us-east and seems to be working fine. Is there any proxy setup for your network or a change in your resource network settings recently what could be causing this to fail? Is it possible to access the studio from another machine or a network?

we have tried to have two of my other colleagues try uploading the files from an alternate location and alternate machines but on the same account . It does not work. The zip folder has a size of 1 GB with 55 clips of single channel .wav files of 2 to 2.5 minutes duration. The entire length would be around 2.5 hours.

It is also surprising that even the batch of files ( zipped ) which I had successfully processed two days back does not load today. There was no issue in uploading and processing this batch on 22nd Feb but the same batch does not get uploaded on 24 feb and give these error messages.

I have also tried to create a blob storage and post the files in the blob and read from there but it continues to give the failure message.
