Teams is dropping calls and the message is shown as Hold on, looks like something went wrong. We're trying to get you back into the meeting.
And withing 10-15 seconds the meeting gets connected again. This is happening after I open files, open software, or do anything apart from; being on the call/meet.

    Hi,

    I have the issue about "hold on in teams" for some time after I renewed the computer. The new computer has this problem, but the old computer does not. I can confirm that it is not connection network, it is something wrong in setting. our IT cannot figure out what could be wrong. Please give me the detailed support instruction. Thanks.

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before happened?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    According to your description, it seems a conflict between Teams and other applications. You could perform a clean boot to eliminate whether this issue is caused by software conflicts.

    Meanwhile, contact your IT admin to check your call quality in Microsoft Teams admin center as below:

    Hello

    We are facing the same pop up.
    " Hold On - looks like something went wrong, we're trying to get you back into the meeting "
    with a Dial in Manually option.

    we have a large group of users reporting the issue but not all.
    I have updated Teams to the latest version of 1.5.00.21668 -64bit.
    the user has been moved into a new dell 5420 this would be the second dell the users is facing the same issue.
    the use is using build in mic, Webcam and Speakers. Realtek Audio Driver 10.0.19041.264 we have also tried v 6.0.9261.1
