we have noted that vhdx profile container is not attached in case user is forced to change password at logon, gpo is set that fxlogix is not allowed to overwrite local profile
fslogix logs let me suppose local profile folders created because of password change
any others have this?

please check the permissions for user. wheather the affected user has the permission for FSLOGIX Folder and the VHDX files.
You can right click the file ->properties->security
fslogix implementation generally works.
