In Microsoft Teams iOS Client for Apple Mobile devices the microphone keep scaling up after a paricipant didnt talk for 60 seconds.
This gets so high, that you can hear everything and when the person starts talking the microphone is oversteering and really loud.

It doesnt matter if the person uses a external mic or the internal one.

Version in Use: 2.4.0 (Build: 1.077.2021021702)
iOS in use: iOS 14.4 / iPadOS 14.4

have someone a clue how to fix this?

    Hi @André Lüneburger ,

Does this issue persist all the time?

Do you try this in other devices? And what is the result?

I did a test on my IOS device and found the same issue. It seems Teams will automatically adjust the mic sensitivity level when on the call. As a workaround, you can mute the participant’s mic when they are not using it.

Microsoft has placed this issue on their backlog. You can find the evidence here and vote for it in the following link:

    https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38380300-add-an-option-to-disable-auto-adjusting-mic-level

We will do a further investigation about it. If there is any update, we will share with you in time.
