Issue while redeming Azure Pass

Hi Guys,

Today i tried to redeem my azure pass form the portal https://www.microsoftazurepass.com/ . I have followed their instructions and the pass got redeemed but it doesent redirect to the step 2 where we can create the subscription. when i go to the portal https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance i am able to see the balance and its active but no subscription is attached to it.

Due to this issue i am unable to learn on azure portal as their is no subscription. kindly please help me to create a subscription on existing azure pass.

    @Sebastian Peter Welcome to Microsoft Azure and Q&A community forum.

    After logging into Azure portal, try to switch the directory and see if that helps connecting to your subscription.
