Is it possible to add shortcuts or keybinds for characters in languages on Windows 10?

I have tried googling for a while now, but I simply can't find any place that answers this. I know the Danish setup for the keyboard quite well, and now I need to regularly start using symbols, which are not bound to any keys in the danish setup. By others ß and ç. The thing is, it seems more cumbersome to switch languages continually, and using other language setups will cause me to make a lot of spelling errors. Some of them are similar, but not enough compared to the symbols placement and the usage in those languages. I am therefore asking, is it possible to add a shortcut or keybind in another language on Windows 10, so that I don't have to switch language multiple times, if I want to write a text with few spelling mistakes. Something like AltGr+[key that has no synergy yet]. This should preferably just be on the language of the computer, so it kinda works in most, if not all, programs at once.

By "add a shortcut or keybind in another language " , do you mean when you switch, you want to switch to characters (which are from another language) directly ?Thanks

2021-03-02T12:00:54.513+00:00 No, I mean that if I am on a danish setup, I have no shortcut or keybind to make an ß, or some other sign the danish layout cannot make. I have used the signs ß and ç as examples, since they are the signs I would be most likely to use, but cannot with the danish layout. So I want to setup so I can, for example, press AltGr+S, and that would make an ß. Right now, as far as I can tell, my options would be to switch language, which uses a layout I am unfamiliar with, or to continually copy and paste character I cannot use in my current language layout. Even if the letter layout of a language is the same, the special signs like '*^¨-_ and so on are not, which would have me continually switching keyboard layout, when simply adding a few characters should do the trick.
