Visual Studio Code, compile wrong Arduino

If I open a Arduino code (*.ino) in Visual Studio Code and I want to transfer it to a Arduino Uno (for example), VSC does not transfer the program I opend. It transfer a arduino program I load and program before. How can I say to VSC what program to transfer to the arduino board?
