Azure datacenter Tier certification

Hi
does someone know if there is an official documentation on azure datacenters tier certification? I have read that they are all tier4 but is it possible to find an official document on this?

There is no official tier certification for Microsoft. Uptime which it's the institute that manages Tiers certification doesn't have Microsoft listed in their certified Tier Database. That's why there is no official certification. What does it mean? This means that MS Datacenters are good, we all know but are not certified. If they want to do so, they will have to spend a considerable amount of money and submit their datacenter's to Uptime evaluation, so that a 3rd party can issue a certificate confirming the TIer level. It's not just 99,995% of SLA level as there are a lot of claims on the internet, it goes beyond that. It's an exam and your data center will have to pass. Curiously MS knows very well about certifications as I can't claim to be a MS specialist without pass the required exam. So by now, MS isn't claiming that they are tier I,II, III, IV or V (yes , there is a Tier V class) because they just aren't.

I have been unable to find any official documentation that any Azure data center is Tier 4 'certified'. There is some anecdotal information from various sources, but nothing official. Kind of strange, as many customers ask for this evidence.
