Linking Accounts problem

Question

Hi,

I am trying to link my personal learning account with my work account but I'm not succeeding. I followed the articles available and it still did not work and am now actually getting a blank page when I'm trying to login to the certificate dashboard.

Personal account: justine.bartolo@Karima ben .com
Work account: ******@ascentsoftware.eu
MCID: 990756983

Thanks for your reply. I am aware of that, however, I had found this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/ms-learn-associate

So I was trying to do that and after I completed all the steps I now can no longer view my certificates on my personal account because I keep getting a blank page:
