B2C Login screen - nothing loaded into the api div

We've had a user who has reported that they were unable to login because there were no fields for them to enter in their username and password. Basically, nothing had been loaded into the #api div.

This occurred around 10:00 GMT on 18th February, but thankfully the problem didn't exist for long as the same user was able to login about 10 minutes later.

I'm just curious to know what would cause this. I've checked the service health history in our account but there's nothing listed for that date.

    Hi @Neil B , this could have happened for a variety of reasons. Most likely a server load issue or minor outage, I can check and see. I'll report this as a bug too. If it happens again please let me know and we can look further into it.
