Can't signup to the MPN because of a duplicate account issue

Hi, I'm trying to verify my publisher domain after having implemented an SSO strategy Sign in/up with Microsoft. To do that, I need to enroll my organisation into the MPN to get an ID to reference in my Azure Application.

I tried all day registering. It used to tell me I needed additional rights. I ran this command in Powershell Set-MsolCompanySettings -AllowEmailVerifiedUsers $true -AllowAdHocSubscriptions $true and could pursue. Issue is, now, it says that I already have an account.
Here's the error message: > Sorry... It looks like there is another user, group or contact in your organization who has the same email address which you are using to sign up. You can either try using a different email address or contact your administrator to get this resolved.

As a matter of fact, I can signin at https://partner.microsoft.com/ but it looks like my account was partially created because it's empty and I can't do any action. See enclosed screenshots of the UI, from https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/directory and https://partner.microsoft.com/

I'm guessing that my account -- noted as a personal account -- was partially created, preventing me from completing the other steps.
