Upgrade from classic to new Spring Edition

Hey Everyone,

I have a client who would like to migrate his 3 VDI Servers in Azure to the new spring addition. I cannot seem to find any guides from microsoft on the migration process from classic to spring edition. I am just curious if anyone has done it and what is the process. Also has any complication come up.

I was thinking we can do the following process and hopefully it will work

  1. Create new Session Host
  2. Go to the existing VM's and install the new Windows Virtual Desktop Agent
  3. Create the workspace

    The release date is maybe not 100% guaranteed. But I would give it a chance and wait some more weeks.
