Certification + Badge not showing on my account

Question

Passed the MOS: Outlook 2019 last week. Got emails congratulating me. When I go to dashboard, under Badges it says I have none. And nothing pulls up to view the actual certificate. Thanks for helping. Monique BTW, sorry about the tags, I have no idea how to do it, and whatever I type in, it refuses to email you.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
