Looking for a safety management system

Question

I am looking for a safety management system to implement at my company . something that will effectively replace our document management system and double as a safety management system with all related features to accomplish safety and risk assessments and management. We have prospected some safety management solution, it would be a great help if you guys could recommend something like that. Please do share your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for enterprise Safety Management Software on Microsoft 365 you could consider Pro-Sapien.

Pro-Sapien is a SharePoint add-in which has a range of modules for things like risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, incident reporting etc. SharePoint out of the box is already a great document management platform but Pro-Sapien does have a Doc Mgmt module that enhances SP. The application also makes use of Power BI for dashboards/reports so you've got control over that too in 365.

It's a configured and comprehensive application so best used by enterprises. Pro-Sapien is not really suitable for SMBs given its power but I don't know your company profile so it may be worth checking out - https://www.pro-sapien.com/
