I am using a custom domain, so I assume I have the wrong IP address somewhere.
The DNS records on the domain look like this:

Can you share your app service custom domain configured? It looks like there a miss configuration on your dns.
Based on your image you have a domain like:
azure.<yourdomain.com> resolving to 13.77.182.13
If that is the right configuration you also need to have configure that custom domain in your app service:
