Service Manager mobile app

We have a requirement to create a service request, incident, problem, change request from mobile devices. Is there any tool for Service Manager.

    Other options to consider:

    1. Use Orchestrator Runbooks as there is a Orchestrator Web Service
    2. Use the HTML 5 Portal to raise an Incident or Service Request. To create Problem and Change you would need third party addons or Orchestrator Runbooks.
    3. Use Email via the Exchange Connector to create Incidents, but this does not help with other types and has limited input options.
    4. Create your own web service that uses SCSM Powershell to create jobs on the back end.

    Hi @kjed ,
    There are a few very good self service portal solutions from 3rd party vendors like Cireson or Operaio (earlier vendor was itnetX) available.
    The same goes for analyst portal solutions.
    These portal solutions are working very well on mobile devices.

    As far as I know there's no official Service Manager mobile app from Microsoft, however there are third party ones, for example the following one:
