Other options to consider:
- Use Orchestrator Runbooks as there is a Orchestrator Web Service
- Use the HTML 5 Portal to raise an Incident or Service Request. To create Problem and Change you would need third party addons or Orchestrator Runbooks.
- Use Email via the Exchange Connector to create Incidents, but this does not help with other types and has limited input options.
- Create your own web service that uses SCSM Powershell to create jobs on the back end.
