@AmanpreetSingh-MSFT Need your kind help to resolve below issue.

Problem statement:- MAC users are facing the below issue with the installed MS teams application.

You Cannot access this right now
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource.

Steps were taken:-
Checked the sign-in logs for a user but did not find any policy name under Conditional access.

Hi @Saurabh Sharma · Thank you for sharing the required information.

I checked the logs and found that the access was blocked due to "VWGROUP_NamedLocations_01_Allow_TrustedLocations-Only" conditional access policy. However, the policy doesn't exist any more. So, I was not able to evaluate the policy conditions to identify which condition was be blocking the access for the user.

Should I install the Company portal on the user MAC machine?

@Saurabh Sharma · Is the user still facing the same issue? The failure occurred on 16th Feb and the CA policy which was blocking the token issuance no longer exists. If the issue still persist, please share the request id and timestamp of the most recent failure event and I will try to track the request in the logs to figure out the cause of the issue in order to provide a solution.

Hi @AmanpreetSingh-MSFT , issue got resolved by installing latest MS Teams version on MAC OS.

MS support person gave me this link to install and verify application access.
