Hi, is it possible to add exemption of some local IP Addresses in windows server 2012/2019 NAT? It's needed for establishing a secure connection with a remote network.

Our cloud provider has installed two VM-s in his domain for us (local IP 10.0.X.X)
We have windows server DC/DHCP/DNS/NAT in a local network (IP address 192.168.X.X)
Our internet provider (in cooperation with the cloud provider) created a L3vpn route for establishing a connection but it's not working (I can't ping the remote machine).
and they told me that we have to make IP exemption in NAT for the local machine IP addresses operating in this VPN.

first try not to ping, but tracert your VMs. second, ICMP might be disabled on your VMs.

2021-04-06T16:22:28.39+00:00 You have to address this issue to the VPN provider and they have to change the VPN settings. There is nothing to exempt in NAT
