Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit Stuck on last asset

Hi all, We having issue with the Microsoft Map Toolkit scans, the scan is not finishing the assessment. We tried to run a couple of times but without any success, we analyzed the log and excluded the OU’s that was giving errors, but still the same issue happens. unfortunately we can not send you the log files do to security reasons, and the support email is not avalible (mapfdbk@microsoft.com.) can you please help and support us?

    Hi @Yavgeni K ,

    MAP Toolkit mostly get stuck because is trying to connect to a machine that was already discovered in a previous scan.
    You can check into the log file and you will se the name of that machine.
    Scenarios are 2:

    Ping the machine, probably the machine is down
    In the previous scan you used a different user and now you are using a new user which has no access to that machine

    Just press cancel, your data are still saved.
    Press refresh data and wait 1-2 minutes for the MAP Toolkit consolidate new data with the old data.
