Have any best practice for Azure AKS Disaster Recovery?

Hi,

Azure Recovery Service does not support Disaster Recovery for Azure AKS. Also, I have tried to take a snapshot for Azure managed disk as AKS PVC and replica it to the storage account then create a disk form storage account resume the disk to AKS PVC.

But, I think my practice not enough to cover the whole Azure AKS cluster backup. However, I have tried another practice like Velero as opensource K8s Backup & Disaster Recovery tools. But the Velero does not support volume snapshot cross-region disaster recovery.

There has any best practice to support the Azure AKS Disaster Recovery from Microsoft?

If not, have any best practices for Azure AKS Disaster Recovery?

    I am also looking for the same scenario, tested Velero but it does not support does not support volume snapshot cross-region disaster recovery.

    Did you find any solution for the DR scenario, if so kindly let me know.
