Flow workflow

Question

Hello, I am trying to create a flow workflow to do the following: 1) Send an email when a new item is created 2) Send an email when the status of said item has been updated to "approved". Can I use the same flow workflow for both steps or do I need to create two separate flows for this? thanks, Sherazad.
