Hello. I am having some weird problem with Outlook in my official laptop which is Win 10 version, Office is version 16.

  1. My laptop's wifi signal option, despite being connected to the internet successfully, showing no internet sign. I can browse internet, just not Outlook.
  2. If i disconnect and reconnect wifi, it takes no to a 'msftconnecttest.com/redirect' site which is blocked by my employer.
  3. We need to connect to Cisco VPN before accessing Outlook. Outlook is asking for password but when i try to put password, it shows no internet connection even after i successfully connect to Cisco and it is running in the background!
  4. I tried to connect the Outlook using mobile hotspot but it didn't even connect citing connection error!!

Just to note that i used everything with any interruption just 4 hours ago! Problem started when i re-opened by laptop 2 hours ago.

I asked my employing company's IT in-charge. But his solution of changing password and restarting didn't work!

Please help. Thank you.
