I reconfigured the log analytics workspace in my SCOM console. I was able to select my desired workspace properly. I am even able to add managed computers and they show up in scom. However the log analytics workspace in Azure shows no data and no serverfs connected.
The only error that I see in logs is

Failed to synchronize alerts from Advisor Cloud service to the Management Server because of an communication error. Wait for the next cycle to retry. Reason: Microsoft.SystemCenter.Advisor.Common.WebService.GatewayCommunicationFaultException: A fault was thrown from web service when performing Get Alert Update ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Configuration assessment is not available

    Hi,

I have the same issue. Did you find any solution for it? Are they any Management Packs (Advisor & Intelligence) missing?

Did you configure proxy settings & Run as account for it? Because we are not using proxy so I only registered Azure account and see log on Portal as it was completed with success nothing else.

    BR

I resolved issue ! Please remove your Management Servers from the Managed Computers on Azure Log Analytics and try to reconfigure connection to Azure
