Hi, I have setup in my uat env(windows 2012 r2) for the token to be accessible over an rd web session by 1 - allow smart card on the remote app client settings 2 - Disable under group policy - administrative templates - Remote Desktop host - smart card redirection However, I did the same in my production and it would not work. It is unable to detect that the token is plugged into the client machine. From server end, I could see the safe net client is greyed out in prod server whereas in uat server it’s not greyed out. From prod server event viewer Am seeing after “connection rep-tcp#21 created” , it is followed by “the server has terminated main RDP connection with the client” and “the disconnect reason is 0” I do not see this in my uat env Appreciate any advice if my setting is wrong or it is blocked by some policy. Regards Maxz
