Exam Discounts Email Verification code not recieved in official email account

Question

I am Lloyds employee , while logging with lloyds banking Id the email verification code not sent to my ID. I have 2 email Ids both linked in my Office email account. When I enter one of them the page shows error as eligibility validation failed and when I enter other one it says the code is sent but it is not received ![72195-capture.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/72195-capture.png?platform=QnA
