Active directory domain controller in Azure

We are planning to extend AD Domain controller to Azure, Master DC will remain ON-Premise but additional DC will be hosted in Azure. Any VM we create in Azure should get authenticated with DC in Azure. Can anyone please explain to me how i can achieve this? Thanks Prakash
